Hey guys,
It has been a ridiculously long time since I have updated this journal so I thought I better give it a quick update!

It has been horrendously busy as of late. University is sucking up all my time so that would be a reason why I have little time on my hands. Its my last year of University so I am busy with it, trying to produce the best work I can possible so if I pass, I have a good portfolio to get into the field with.

Other than Uni I have had a couple of exciting projects that I have uploaded but havent fully explained. The first one was the 'Beauty and the Beast' poster and program design. I was commissioned by a local College to produce the Official Poster and the Program for their upcoming musical. I saw this as an opportunity to spread my creative wings and go to town on the whole project so to speak. Because I want to do Poster Design for a living I saw this as a stepping stone so I really explored and developed all aspects of the poster and the program.
The second project was a Movie Poster design for director Toby Wilkins (The Grudge 3, Splinter) and his (hopefully) upcoming short film 'Curse of the Mummy's Tomb'. Toby was an awesome guy to work with, very free and very knowledgeable, very passionate about his work too which is always awesome to see! He wanted a minimalist poster design but was very open with it so I took it a bit further and injected my own new style into it to create a hybrid design of the minimalist and the detailed. I am really pleased with the final outcome and I believe it serves its purpose very well.

Im also in the process of coming up with a new website design, should be complete very soon! So stay tuned!

I have an exciting University project coming up soon which will combine what I love doing and where I want to be in the future so hopefully I can create the best work possible!! Anyways thats enough from me!
